Executive Home Concierge

Our highest level of private home management for homeowners who want Liberty to serve as their primary point of contact for the property. The Executive program provides coordinated oversight of the home-management needs defined in the written membership agreement.

—Arrival preparation including provisioning coordination

Liberty Home Concierge is a division of Liberty Services Group, LLC — a licensed general contractor (SC Unlimited G102646) and mechanical contractor (SC Unlimited M112990) serving Charleston and the South Carolina Lowcountry. Membership fees cover the applicable concierge and home-management services included within each plan. Repairs, construction, trade work, equipment, materials, renovations, and major projects are separately quoted and billed. Membership scope, property access, scheduling, communication, and cancellation terms are defined in the signed membership agreement.
